Privacy policy

This website collects nothing about you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no database. If you send us a message, we use it to reply to you and for nothing else.

Several Techvora products do their work entirely inside your browser and never send your documents anywhere. Where a product does need an account, it says so, and its own terms describe what it keeps.

Cookies. None. This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. See the cookie policy.

Analytics. None. We do not run Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking, and we do not build a profile of what you read here.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server request logs, which include IP addresses. We do not use them to identify anyone; they exist so the site can be operated and debugged.

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. We use them to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass them to anyone except the email provider that carries the message to us.

Abuse prevention. To stop the form being used to send us thousands of messages, we count recent submissions. We do this against a one-way hash of your IP address, held in memory for one hour and then discarded. The address itself is never written down, and the hash cannot be turned back into it.

Each product is different, and the honest summary is that most of them hold nothing about you at all:

InvoiceDesk and OCR2text have no accounts, no database and no upload. Your documents are processed inside your browser and never reach us.

TheoryLane and OrderDesk have accounts, because they have to remember something for you — your progress, or an order. Each keeps its own data, separately from the others, and each describes what it holds in its own terms.

To confirm: Whether each product keeps its own privacy notice or whether this page becomes the single notice covering all of them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email support@techvora.net and we will answer.

To confirm: The identity and registered address of the data controller, the lawful basis relied on for each purpose, the retention periods, the sub-processors used, and the supervisory authority a complaint should go to. These need a decision and a legal review, not a guess.

When this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so here rather than quietly editing it.
